Nach dem Baustart in der vergangenen Woche ging es diese Woche schnell voran! Nachdem sich das Team einspielen konnte, funktionieren die Absprachen nun fast problemlos und die Abläufe sitzen. Das spiegelt sich auch im Baufortschritt wider: Es konnte das Fundament fertiggestellt werden, sodass die Mauerwerksarbeiten direkt anschließen können.

Schritt für Schritt wurde eingebrachter Mutterboden planiert und verdichtet, die komplette Bodenplatte betoniert, die Stützkörbe für die Stahlbetonstützen eingebaut und mit den Steinmetzarbeiten für das Sichtmauerwerk begonnen. Für einen Tag hieß es jedoch Baupause: Starkregen in der Trockenzeit zwang das Team die Bautätigkeiten niederzulegen.

Einen weiteren wichtigen Aspekt konnten wir klären: Es wird das Ziel sein, Kabelkanäle zu verlegen, um Elektrizität im Schulgebäude verlegen zu können. Absprachen wie diese sind elementarer Bestandteil des Projekts und führen zu einer notwendigen dynamischen und zweckorientierten Arbeitsweise.

After the start of construction last week, things progressed quickly this week! After the team was able to settle in, the arrangements are now working smoothly for the most part and the processes are in place. This is also reflected in the construction progress: the foundation was completed so that the masonry work can follow directly.

Step by step, the topsoil was levelled and compacted, the entire floor slab was concreted, the cages for the reinforced concrete columns were installed and the stonemasonry work for the exposed brickwork began. For one day, however, there was a break in construction: heavy rain in the dry season surprised the team and forced them to stop work for this one day.

Apart from that, another aspect could be clarified: The aim will be to lay cable ducts to be able to lay electricity in the school building in the future. Agreements like these are an elementary part of the project and lead to a necessary dynamic and purpose-oriented way of working.
